The Jungle Club
The Jungle Club is a unique tool giving hours of challenging and enjoyable recreational fun to kids from the local neighborhood. These kids live in the tolerated prostitution zone, many of them with whole families living in one rented room.
Twice a month the doors open and between 100 and 200 kids show up. The kids are given a few hours to enjoy the rock climbing wall, suspension bridge, playhouse, scooters, and more. Then we lead them in worship. For some of them this could be the first opportunity they have to worship the Lord. They take home a craft they made about that day’s Biblical teaching. Trust is built with them and home visits are able to be started by the Other Way team.
Each year The Jungle Club grows as we build more and more. This year we painted a mural to bring a real feel of a jungle.
The Jungle Club is an amazing tool for Formando Vidas but we can’t do it without your help. We are still paying for the building, and each donation brings us closer to owning the building that is changing kids’ lives.
Big Foot
The Big Foot project is the buying of both a house and auditorium used for the Jungle Club. It’s surrounded by needy children, These kids need a safe place to play, have breakfast and lunch, enjoy learning, and most of all, experience God’s love.

That place, for the past 20 years, had been a very old and small house “The Other Way.” Now we are buying a larger, “Other Way” house and running “The Jungle.” This potentially can let us reach 4 times more kids than before!
We have drawn up a floor-plan of both buildings and divided it into squares. There are 4,697squares, each a tiny bit bigger than a square foot. Each measures 13 inches by 13 inches… literally, BIG-FEET!
